100-Day Intensive Effort | The Company's "Belt and Road" Initiative: YuMo Railway Ning'er Train Station's Station Square and Supporting Facilities Construction Project Successfully Passes Completion Acceptance

Recently, the "Belt and Road" Yumo Railway Ning'er Railway Station Station Square and supporting facilities construction project (Phase II and III fire protection, intelligent and ventilation and air conditioning engineering), constructed by the company's Eighth Engineering Project Department, successfully passed the completion acceptance inspection.

During the acceptance process, the completion acceptance team inspected the construction situation and documents of the station square Ning'er station building, hydropower and electrical equipment, fire protection, and municipal greening projects on site. They unanimously agreed that the Ning'er station municipal engineering of the station square met the acceptance standards and specifications, and agreed to pass the completion acceptance inspection.

It is understood that the "Belt and Road" Yumo Railway Ning'er Railway Station Station Square and supporting facilities construction project covers an area of approximately 143.45 mu, with a total construction area of 29,770.64 square meters and a total investment of approximately 332 million yuan (including approximately 277 million yuan in construction costs). The square is designed with the concept of "Origin of Tea-Horse Road, Home of Pu'er" (the origin of the ancient Tea-Horse Road and the hometown of Pu'er tea). The project includes the construction of a gathering square, bus and long-distance bus station, taxi stand, overhead parking lot, waiting corridor, visitor service center, management and commercial facilities, and municipal supporting roads.

The project started construction on May 21, 2020. During the project implementation, the project department conscientiously performed the "five general" management functions, strictly implemented the group's "four guarantees, one control, one tree" project management requirements, and actively explored the application of "four new technologies." Ultimately, this ensured the smooth delivery and high-quality fulfillment of the project, contributing the construction investment strength to the economic and social development of Pu'er City.
