7 On October 10, the Group Production Management Department went to the Yunnan Copper Industry Co., Ltd. Southwest Copper Industry Branch relocation project, undertaken by the Sixth Engineering Project Department, to conduct a project quality inspection and exchange on excellence creation work.

The inspection team went deep into the project site, conducted on-site inspections of the project's physical quality, and listened carefully to the project manager's report on the construction process, project highlights, project progress, and remaining work.

At the meeting, the inspection team affirmed the overall progress of the project and put forward specific requirements regarding quality improvement and excellence creation work. The inspection team emphasized: First, it is necessary to continuously strengthen the awareness of process excellence creation to ensure the high-quality implementation of the remaining work. Second, it is necessary to unify goals, strengthen communication with the construction unit, clarify the project's excellence creation goals, and, based on these goals, sort out the achievements of technological innovation and plan the application for basic awards in advance. Third, it is necessary to keep up with the pace of the construction unit, actively sort out the ideas for excellence creation in the non-ferrous metal industry engineering, and fully cooperate with the construction unit to complete various tasks.
