Xu Yanlu attended the opening ceremony of the main line of the Binhe Expressway

6 On the morning of August 28, the opening ceremony for the main line of the Binhe Expressway project, co-constructed by the Metal Structure Processing Center, was held at the Binhe New City toll station. Xu Yanlu, member of the Party Committee, director, and vice general manager (presiding over the management team) of the company, attended the opening ceremony.

During the project construction, the Binhe Expressway Electromechanical and Traffic Safety Project Department fully utilized the roles of the "Party Member Vanguard Team" and the "Youth Assault Team." In the final sprint, everyone on the project demonstrated a courageous spirit, striving towards the goal of opening to traffic with all their might, seizing every second to accelerate project construction.

At the project site, Xu Yanlu listened to the project manager's report on the project's related work, fully affirmed the achievements of the project department, and put forward specific requirements for the project's completion. He pointed out that during the crucial period of project construction, the project department personnel worked together, persevered, seized the construction period while ensuring safety and quality, ensuring the successful completion of the "June 28" opening to traffic goal, fully demonstrating the excellent spirit of "Er'an people." The project department should continue to improve project safety hazard investigation work, strengthen supervision and inspection of the investigation process. For identified safety hazards, immediate rectification measures should be formulated and implemented. At the same time, the project department should complete the completion settlement work to ensure that all expenses comply with relevant regulations, avoiding disputes and omissions.

It is understood that the Binhe Expressway starts from the west side of Binchuan County, connecting to the Binan Expressway, and ends at Xiyizhen, Heqing County, connecting to the Shanghe Expressway. It is a key project in the "interconnection" of county-level expressways in Yunnan Province. The main line is 66.51 kilometers long and is constructed to the standards of a dual four-lane expressway. There are a total of 56 bridges and 9 tunnels along the entire line, with a bridge-tunnel ratio of 50.14%. Since entering the site in October 2022, the Binhe Expressway Electromechanical and Traffic Safety Project Department of the Metal Structure Processing Center has been mainly responsible for the auxiliary traffic safety, electromechanical, fire protection, and three major system projects of the Binchuan-Heqing Expressway construction project, including traffic safety facilities, traffic electromechanical, sound barriers, and water resource comprehensive utilization projects. The construction scope involves two toll stations, Jizu Mountain South and Jizu Mountain North, and one Jipingguan Tunnel (left lane 965 meters, right lane 1005 meters).
