6 On May 5th, the No. 13 Engineering Project Department successfully completed the foundation construction of the new No. 2 converter for the Yunnan Qunxing Chemical Co., Ltd.'s 20,000-ton/year potassium permanganate relocation and transformation project.

Since the start of the project, the project department has focused on the goals, comprehensively coordinated, formed synergy, and made every effort to promote the project construction.
