The Eleventh Engineering Project Department held a flag-raising ceremony for the "Party Member Vanguard Team" and the "Youth Assault Team" at the Xinping photovoltaic project.

To further unite and lead the broad masses of Party members and young Communist League members to participate in "urgent, difficult, dangerous, and heavy" tasks, and to ensure the successful completion of the Pingzhang Township photovoltaic project's June 10th target, on June 5th, the Eleventh Engineering Project Department held a "Party Vanguard Team" and "Youth Shock Brigade" flag-raising ceremony at the Suoshanlin complementary photovoltaic power station project in Pingzhang Township, Xinping County. Yang Yu, Deputy Secretary of the Company's Party Committee, Employee Director, and Chairman of the Trade Union, and Rui Tieming, Deputy General Manager of the Company, attended the ceremony.

Yang Yu and his entourage went deep into the project site and learned in detail about the project's progress, safety, quality management, and the current practical difficulties. In his mobilization speech, Yang Yu pointed out: First, the "Party Vanguard Team" and the "Youth Shock Brigade" should cooperate closely, support each other, and form a strong combined force. Whether facing difficult conditions or arduous tasks, they should take the lead in charging forward, practicing the Party's tenets with practical actions, and demonstrating their loyalty to the Party. Second, they should firmly adhere to their goals, be based in their posts, clarify their responsibilities, and cherish this opportunity for practical experience. They should focus on the June 10th target, go all out, ensure the smooth achievement of the project's milestones, and contribute their youthful strength to the company's high-quality development. Third, all Party members and young Communist League members should thoroughly implement the group's and company's deployment requirements for the "Safety Production Month" activities and the special campaign for mass safety production supervision and management, continuously consolidate the foundation of safety production, and ensure the safe and orderly advancement of the project.

Rui Tieming, combining the actual situation of the project, emphasized the importance of safety production. He demanded that the project department firmly establish the idea of "safety first," coordinate overall planning, and strengthen safety production scheduling. At the same time, daily pre-shift and post-shift meetings should be organized to leverage the role of mass supervision, earnestly implement the investigation and rectification of safety hazards at various work sites, and the "double confirmation, double supervision" work, to ensure the safe and high-quality completion of the node tasks and the smooth realization of the grid connection of various arrays.

Finally, Yang Yu and Rui Tieming presented flags to the "Party Vanguard Team" and the "Youth Shock Brigade."
