Company's 2024 First Phase Economic Management Capacity Enhancement Training Successfully Completed

To implement the "cost leadership" concept, cultivate cost competitiveness, and enhance the economic management personnel's ability to control project costs throughout the entire process and conduct refined project management, the company organized a five-day economic management skills enhancement training program.

This training program focused on quantity surveying and pricing for installation projects using Guanglian Da software, mainly covering the key difficulties in electrical, fire protection, water supply and drainage, and industrial piping specialties. Detailed explanations were provided on quantity calculation principles, software operation, drawing reading, quota analysis, pricing techniques, visa processing techniques, methods, and experiences.

To ensure the effectiveness of the training, the Contract Budget Department was responsible for overseeing the entire process and implemented a strict attendance system, resolutely preventing any unauthorized absences. Furthermore, to test the learning outcomes, all trainees were given a final exam, and were required to submit complete training outcome documents after the training. Finally, based on classroom performance, outcome documents, and test results, 5 "skilled operators" and 10 "outstanding trainees" were selected.
