5 On the morning of July 7th, the Group Youth League Committee conducted a field research on the Youth League's work at the company and held a symposium. Attendees included Li Qingguang, Secretary of the Group Youth League Committee; Huang Dongjie, Deputy Secretary of the Group Youth League Committee; Yang Yu, Deputy Secretary of the Company's Party Committee, Employee Director, and Chairman of the Trade Union; the head of the company's Youth League Committee; and representatives of outstanding young people.

Li Qingguang and his team first visited the company's exhibition hall, learning in detail about the company's development history and giving high praise to the inheritance of the company's historical culture. A symposium was then held.

At the meeting, the deputy secretary of the company's Youth League Committee gave a report on the Youth League's work over the past three years, covering the basic situation of the League branches and youth members, the overall situation of the Youth League's work, and the implementation of key and highlight initiatives. Li Qingguang gave full affirmation to the company's Youth League work and made the following requests: Firstly, young employees should earnestly study and implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's May 4th Youth Day message to the country's young people, strengthening their ideals and beliefs, and becoming good young people of the new era who are idealistic, responsible, hardworking, and dedicated. Secondly, young employees should take on responsibilities and actively contribute their youth to the construction of "five Jian Tous" and the achievement of the Group's "3512" development goals. They should earnestly implement the various work requirements put forward at the first congress of the Group Youth League Committee, relating them to development realities, and using the study of General Secretary Xi Jinping's speeches to better guide enterprise development and lead young people to achieve success and grow in their positions.
