Chen Zujun inspected Kunming Vanke City and checked the fire safety management work

5 On the afternoon of May 5th, Chen Zujun, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Group Company, went to Kunming Vanke City Commercial Center, a joint development project between the Group and China Resources Land, for an inspection. The purpose was to check the fire safety management of the large-scale commercial complex and to visit and express gratitude to the cadres and employees working on the front lines during the holiday period.

Chen Zujun emphasized that large-scale commercial complexes such as Vanke City and Nan Yue City must strengthen their safety management, particularly focusing on fire safety. Lessons must be learned from the fire accident at the Minglun Campus Auditorium of Henan University. A comprehensive check for risks and hidden dangers should be conducted, risk warnings should be implemented routinely, and staff should be on duty and vigilant. Emergency response capabilities must be improved, and all aspects of the work must be implemented meticulously to ensure the safe management of commercial operations and the protection of people's lives and property.

Chen Zujun fully affirmed the commercial operation achievements of Kunming Vanke City since its opening. He requested that the asset management company benchmark against excellent commercial operators in the industry, leverage the Group's industrial service advantages, further revitalize the Group's existing assets, improve asset operation efficiency, and promote industrial transformation and upgrading.
