4 On July 24th, the company's Party committee organized an activity themed "Retracing the Red Path, Understanding the Power of Revolution." Starting from Cuihu Lake, the activity divided participants into three groups to visit the former site of the Yunnan underground Communist Party, the Yunnan Army Lecture Hall, and the Southwest Associated University Museum. After the visits, everyone shared their thoughts and feelings about the activity.

Entering the courtyard at No. 39, Jiexiao Lane, Kunming, a bright red party flag and a bronze statue came into view. This was once a sacred hall where the revolutionary thunder was brewed. Everyone carefully examined the pictures and materials in the exhibition hall, earnestly learning about revolutionary history, and understanding the power of revolution by tracing red memories.

1926 On the evening of November 7th, four young people in their twenties secretly gathered and held the first meeting of the Communist Party of China in Yunnan, officially establishing the Yunnan Special Branch of the Communist Party of China. After its establishment, the Special Branch united and mobilized the masses, engaging in arduous revolutionary struggles and igniting the spark of revolution in Yunnan.

During the visit, I deeply felt the courageous and inspiring revolutionary spirit of the older generation of Communist Party members in Yunnan. As young people of the new era, we should take this as an opportunity to understand the moving deeds of revolutionary martyrs, inherit the red genes, and enhance our sense of responsibility and mission to "never forget our original aspiration and keep our mission firmly in mind." We must remember that happiness is earned through hard work, and we should thoroughly implement the May Fourth spirit in our work, working with greater enthusiasm, focusing on our posts, bravely shouldering responsibilities, and contributing our strength to the development of the enterprise.

Southwest Associated University, a significant institution that witnessed modern Chinese history, carries rich historical and cultural connotations. As a milestone in the history of higher education in China, Southwest Associated University was established during the War of Resistance Against Japan in the 1930s. It was a special university formed by the National Peking University, National Tsinghua University, and Nankai University. A group of intellectuals from the War of Resistance Against Japan gathered here, jointly researching and discussing the future of the country. They contributed invaluable strength to China's war of resistance with their wisdom and courage.

The eight years Southwest Associated University spent in Yunnan were extraordinary. Amidst the flames of war, this red soil plateau selflessly accepted and nurtured the teachers and students of the Associated University, witnessing the fortitude and perseverance of a generation of scholars; the arrival of the teachers and students of the Associated University also injected new vitality into Kunming, making it a center of culture in Southwest China for a time.

In the photos and documents displayed in the museum, we can see young faces and passionate eyes. They were warriors who chose to forge ahead in turbulent times, wise men closely connected with the fate of the nation.

Due to the war, conditions were very difficult, with hundreds of bombings alone, but the professors still diligently taught, and the students still diligently studied, using their knowledge to save the country. Since our pioneers did not give up their studies and ideals under such difficult circumstances, what reason do we have to not work harder? In our work, we should strive to be new-era young people with skills, responsibility, and innovation, always maintaining vigorous vitality, daring to take on responsibilities, having the courage to act, strengthening our sense of responsibility, fulfilling our duties, and doing every job well. Everyone's hard work and struggle is the best inheritance of the revolutionary spirit.

When I stepped into the former site of the Yunnan underground Communist Party, I felt as if I had traveled back to that era full of war and passion. Every exhibit, every piece of writing, and every picture in the exhibition hall tells the heroic stories of revolutionary martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the cause. I was moved by the spirit of those fearless revolutionaries who spared no effort to achieve the happiness of the people and the prosperity of the nation.

By participating in this activity and renewing our Party membership oaths, everyone received a spiritual baptism. We learned about the glorious deeds of revolutionary martyrs and felt their fearless spirit. It was they who exchanged their blood and lives for our peaceful lives. This revolutionary spirit inspires us to keep moving forward and strive for the prosperity and strength of our motherland.

As a prospective Party member, I will take this visit and study as an opportunity, taking revolutionary predecessors as role models, carrying forward their fearless spirit of sacrifice and hard work, further strengthening my Party consciousness, strengthening Party training, consciously practicing my original aspiration and mission in my future studies and work, maintaining integrity and self-discipline, abiding by laws and regulations, focusing on my work, and making due contributions to the development of the company and the department.
