The company's first safety officer competency enhancement training in 2024 has been successfully completed.

To further improve the company's safety production management level, enhance the safety knowledge, skills, and management capabilities of safety management personnel, and prevent and reduce the occurrence of various accidents, the company organized a five-day safety officer capacity building training program.

This safety training mainly covers policy documents, current norms and standards, key areas of safety management knowledge, professional safety production technology, safety production emergency response methods, analysis of typical accident cases, safety standardization construction, occupational disease prevention and control, special equipment management, legal and regulatory knowledge, and the application of the DingTalk system security module.

To effectively improve the training effectiveness, this training was supervised throughout by a dedicated person, adopted a strict leave reporting system, and centrally managed communication equipment, further avoiding absenteeism and inattentiveness. In addition, to test the training effect, all trainees were given a closed-book exam.

Through this training, the trainees have gained a deeper understanding of national safety production policies and other content, and have improved in terms of safety awareness, safety knowledge and skills, safety culture quality, and safety production management, playing a positive role in the effective implementation of the company's safety production regulations.
