The relocation project of Yuntong successfully achieved its 3.30 milestone goals.

3 On March 30, the Sixth Engineering Project Department's Yunnan Copper Industry Co., Ltd. Southwest Copper Industry Branch relocation project - public works, met the water, electricity, and gas requirements of the electrolysis workshop, “ Three Connections ” requirements, successfully completing the March 30 target.

Since entering the site, the Yun Copper Relocation Project Department has overcome difficulties such as tight deadlines and incomplete design drawings. Through working day and night in shifts, it completed the assembly and hoisting of approximately 2400 tons of steel structures in 15 days; completed the connection of production water pipes and domestic water pipes from the high-level water tank to the water treatment plant in 5 days; completed the connection of the main steam pipe from the boiler room to electrolysis system 1 DN350/700 meters in 3 days. The connection work of civil foundation, public pipe gallery frame, water pipes, steam pipes, and cable laying around the high-level water tank and electrolysis workshop has also been completed, shortening the originally planned 120-day construction period by nearly one month.

Although the process was challenging, the cadres and employees of the Yun Copper Relocation Project Department fully demonstrated their fighting spirit of fearing no difficulties, hardships, or challenges, working day and night at the project site, and finally completed the construction task as scheduled.
