3 On February 29, the Group's Party Committee held a mobilization meeting for the first round of inspections in 2024. Chen Zhouxiang, the Party Committee Vice Secretary and Chairman of the Trade Union of the Group Company, attended the meeting and delivered a mobilization speech. Zhang Peng, Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission and Commissioner of the Provincial Supervisory Commission stationed at the Group, presided over the meeting.

The meeting mobilized and deployed the first round of inspections in 2024, read out the inspection plan, clarified the authorization and division of labor for this round of special inspections, and made specific requirements on the task objectives, main content, methods and steps, and precautions.

Chen Zhouxiang made the following requirements for this round of inspections:

Second, find the methods and paths to deepen political inspections, and firmly grasp the fundamental task of "two maintenances." We should accurately grasp the key points of inspection supervision, and focus on promoting rectification through inspection, governance through inspection, and construction through inspection. We should pay attention to working methods, focus on key positions and key links, and quickly find the weaknesses and shortcomings concerning the high-quality development of enterprises. We should integrate various types of supervision, promote the integration of supervisory forces, and jointly complete the inspection tasks.

Third, work closely together, seek truth and be pragmatic, and use high-quality inspections to help enterprises achieve high-quality development with internal-driven growth. Inspection teams should dare to be tough and conduct real inspections, and truly find and address the main contradictions, bottlenecks, and pain points that affect and restrict the high-quality development of the inspected units. Zhang Peng emphasized that this round of inspections has a tight schedule and heavy tasks.
