Chen Zujun welcomed Li Haitao's visit and introduced the Group's development. He pointed out that in 2023, the Group deeply implemented the provincial “3815”战略发展目标，以“ Building a better life, investing in a happy future ” as its mission, and fully implemented “3512” development goals, and deeply constructed “ Five Jian Tou ” , the development momentum is stable and improving, and the Group's comprehensive strength, market competitiveness, and social influence have significantly improved. In February this year, the Group held its second session of the first congress of representatives, clarifying that the Group will adhere to “ Promoting stability through progress, improving quality while maintaining stability ” as its main work line, focusing on the three major industries of construction engineering, infrastructure investment, and modern logistics “三大主业” , playing three trump cards: overseas business, modern logistics, and industrial services “三张优势牌” , and striving to contribute greater Jian Tou strength to the high-quality and leapfrog development of the provincial economy and society. Since March, the Group has firmly established a clear orientation of focusing on projects, production, and revenue, fighting for 100 days to achieve a stable start. Since the establishment of the Group's Southwest Regional Headquarters, it has actively integrated into the regional development plan, actively seized regional markets, and achieved good development results. It is hoped that the Chongqing Communications Construction Group will strongly support the development of the Jian Tou Group and its Southwest Regional Headquarters, continuously deepen cooperation between the two parties, strengthen information sharing and complementarity based on policies, promote the implementation of more substantive cooperation, and achieve mutual benefit and win-win results.

Li Haitao congratulated the Group on its achievements in recent years. He said that Yunnan Jian Tou Group is Yunnan Province's largest general contractor and an important investment and financing platform, with outstanding advantages and strong strength. As a key enterprise under Chongqing Construction, Chongqing Communications Construction Group has always fully supported and participated in the development and construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle, playing an active role in the construction of projects such as the Yunnan Zhaoqiao Highway, Yuanglu Highway, and Fuguang Expressway, with rich construction experience and high professional construction and project management levels.
