3 On July 7th, Zhang Yuling, a member of the company's Party Committee and chief financial officer, led a team to the Sixth Engineering Project Department to conduct a safety inspection of the public works of the relocation project of Yunnan Copper Industry Co., Ltd. Southwest Copper Industry Branch Company.

Zhang Yuling and her team went to the construction site to inspect the project's progress, and learned in detail about the overview of the Yun Copper relocation project, the project's financial status, the completion status of the electrolysis and clarified liquid workshops A/B lines, the next work plan, the allocation of resources for the construction of various pipelines, the management of the steel bar processing shed, and other key tasks. They also checked the project file management situation at the project management department.

Based on the current project implementation situation, Zhang Yuling put forward the following requirements for project risk prevention and control: First, actively communicate with the owner to promptly collect project funds to facilitate efficient project advancement. Second, refine project financial control, focusing on the supervision of material procurement, machinery leasing, and the payment of wages to laborers. Third, formulate a comprehensive project fund management plan, strictly adhering to the group's and company's requirements for fund use and expenditure, and implementing dynamic risk monitoring in various aspects such as funds, procurement, and contracts. Fourth, strictly manage quality and safety, focusing on progress acceleration, night shift work, and forest fire prevention and safety management, ensuring high standards in welding and concrete construction operations, and eliminating safety hazards from the details. Fifth, strengthen internal project control, further standardizing project organizational structures, archive management, and other work to provide more support for subsequent project work.
