1 On February 22, the company held a 2023 annual meeting on the assessment of Party branch secretaries' performance in grassroots Party building. Party branch (deputy) secretaries from various grassroots Party branches reported on their work, highlighting achievements, identifying shortcomings, and outlining future plans. In accordance with the requirements of the Party Committee of the Group, the summaries of the work reports of the Party branch (deputy) secretaries are now published for supervision by the broad masses of Party members and cadres.

Chen Dan, Deputy Secretary of the First Party Branch of Functional Departments

Work Achievements First, consistently strengthen ideological education and build a solid theoretical foundation. Consolidate the achievements of standardized Party branch construction, continuously strengthen the "five basics" construction, use "three meetings and one lesson" as a carrier, lay the foundation, strengthen weaknesses, and make up for shortcomings, continuously improving the level of Party building work of the branch. The branch implemented the "first topic" 62 times throughout the year, organized 16 branch committee meetings, 5 Party member meetings, 36 Party group meetings, 13 themed Party days, and 7 Party lessons.

Second, consistently promote strict governance of the Party to ensure a clean and honest political environment. Strictly implement the main responsibility and supervisory responsibility of the Party branch for Party conduct and integrity, consolidate the "one post, two responsibilities" of leading cadres, focus on important festivals and key positions, and organize four pre-festival integrity reminders and three collective integrity talks.

Third, persistently do a good job in youth work and unite the strength of mass organizations. With the aim of enhancing employees' sense of belonging and happiness, promote the "Happy JianTou" construction to be more deeply rooted in the hearts of the people. Relying on the company's trade union and Youth League, we organized and participated in activities such as the "Chinese Dream, Labor Beauty, May Day Celebration, May Fourth Youth Day" employee condolence performance and "Parent-Child Reading".

Main Deficiencies First, the integration of Party building and business is not close enough. Second, the intensity of supervision and management of Party members needs to be further strengthened, and the appeal needs to be continuously improved. Third, the enthusiasm for selecting and publicizing typical examples is insufficient.

Future Plans First, grasp theoretical learning and strengthen theoretical education. Second, strengthen branch construction, strictly manage Party members, and consolidate the foundation of work. Third, play an exemplary role and establish an innovative spirit.

Fu Yexing, Deputy Secretary of the Second Party Branch of Functional Departments

Work Achievements First, strengthen organizational construction and improve overall quality. The branch has seven functional departments, 37 Party members, 21 leading cadres, and 10 prospective Party members. A total of six mid-level cadres' recommendations and assessments were completed throughout the year.

Second, strengthen theoretical learning and improve ideological construction. Strictly implement the "first topic" system, earnestly organize and carry out Party conduct and integrity education, and actively organize branch leaders, department leaders, and Party members to participate in various education and training.

Third, improve the level of standardization and grasp the basic work. High-quality organization of "three meetings and one lesson" activities; strictly implement the system of Party affairs publicity, and do a good job in the evaluation of Party members; the online Party branch qualification rate reached 100%; the branch leaders participated in the branch construction and put forward guiding opinions.

Fourth, integrate into the central work and grasp the clearing and collection of arrears. Do a good job in the company's debt collection planning work, regularly organize debt collection meetings, coordinate and solve difficulties in debt collection, strictly conduct assessment work, and successfully complete the annual task indicators assigned by the group.

Fifth, carry out diverse activities and enrich organizational life. We organized activities such as "Welcoming the Spring Festival and Sending Blessings," watching integrity films, and carrying out themed Party day activities such as "Learning, Thinking, Practicing, and Understanding the 20th National Congress, Serving the Frontline and Embarking on a New Journey" and "Diligent and Unwavering, Striving for Excellence."

Main Deficiencies First, the coordination and integration of business work and branch work is insufficient, the planning and pertinence of the work are not strong, and the ability to explore the characteristics and innovative work of the branch needs to be improved. Second, the supervision of the learning and education of Party members who travel back and forth and are stationed in project departments is insufficient.

Future Plans First, strengthen the awareness of learning and continuously strengthen theoretical learning. Second, strengthen Party conduct and integrity construction and strictly implement various systems of strict Party governance. Third, be based on the post, change the thinking, and use a pragmatic style to coordinate and grasp all aspects of the work.

Work Achievements First, earnestly organize and carry out ideological education work for Party members, adhere to Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era as guidance, and deeply study and implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the important speeches and instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping. Throughout the year, 37 "first topic" studies and 37 fixed topics on strict Party governance were organized.

Second, innovatively carry out branch Party building activities. Through activities such as "Leading Cadres on the Platform," "Linked Leaders Giving Party Lessons," and joint construction of branches, further strengthen the Party spirit of Party members.

Third, do a good job in talent team construction. Through activities such as "master-apprentice," "pairing and mentoring," and "dual cultivation," a group of young talents have been selected to take on key positions such as project managers and technical leaders, becoming the backbone of the project.

Fourth, adhere to Party building leading mass organizations. Seriously carry out "summer cooling and winter warming" and festival condolences for projects at home and abroad, and actively carry out assistance work for employees who are sick and hospitalized, solving problems and resolving contradictions for employees.

Future Plans First, focus on strengthening ideological construction, organizational construction, Party conduct and integrity construction, anti-corruption work, and mass organization work. Work Achievements First, adhere to the same direction and synchronization of Party building work and production and operation goals, find the focus of integration and efforts around cost management, bidding management, material management, and safety management, and continuously innovate and enrich work methods. Second, give full play to the exemplary role of Party members. By making good use of Party assault teams and youth assault teams, leading Party members and cadres and employees to clarify their responsibilities, identities, and commitments, compare their performance, contributions, and styles, helping to promote the smooth completion of project node tasks, improve quality and increase efficiency. Third, innovate Party building methods, and use branch joint construction to promote business quality improvement and efficiency increase.

Main Deficiencies First, the study of political theory is not in-depth and systematic. Second, the methods of integrating Party building work with production and operation, bidding, safety production, and major project breakthroughs are relatively single. Third, there is still a gap between the cultivation of talents on the project front line and the goals.

Future Plans First, strengthen the study of political theory and consolidate the foundation of Party building work. Second, promote the deep integration and mutual promotion of Party building work and business work. Third, strengthen talent team construction and strengthen the training of professionals in various professional skills.
