The trade union of the third project department organized a study session on the spirit of the second group trade union congress.

Recently, the trade union of the Third Engineering Project Department adopted a combination of online and offline methods to learn and disseminate the spirit of the second congress of the group's trade union in multiple ways.

At the meeting, participants learned the report entitled "Unite and Strive for a New Journey, Be the Main Force of JianTou, and Promote the Group's High-Quality Development with Internal Connotation" from the second congress of the group's trade union. The report reviewed and summarized the achievements of the trade union's work since the group's integration and reorganization, clarified the work ideas and the "2511" work goals for the next five years of the trade union, and outlined a development blueprint for the group's future trade union work.

The meeting emphasized: First, closely focusing on the group's "3512" development goals, we should effectively unify the thoughts and actions of cadres and employees with the group's trade union's "2511" work goals, focusing on their own work positions, uniting and striving to be the best, making good use of the various platforms built by the trade union, and striving to achieve results and distinctive features in the group's and company's high-quality development with internal connotation. Second, taking the study of the meeting spirit as an opportunity, we should continue to unite and mobilize the broad masses of employees to be the main force, transform the learning achievements into work efficiency, and devote themselves to work with greater enthusiasm, enhancing the five core connotations of "unity, serving the overall situation, reform and innovation, rights protection and care, and pragmatism and integrity," further demonstrating the JianTou spirit, creating a new situation for trade union work, and writing a new chapter in the cause of trade unionism.
