2023 August 2nd, this photo was taken while everyone was visiting and learning about the distributed photovoltaic construction process on the roof of the Lufeng Municipal Government building. Faced with new fields and areas in engineering construction, every young employee present had a thirst for knowledge, carefully studying each key link, understanding the difficulties of high-altitude operations and the pain points of grid connection in distributed photovoltaic projects, achieving a thorough understanding to plan ahead for the project.

2023 In August, I graduated from school and came to work at An'ersi. The temporary power supply project for the Lijiang to Ninglang Expressway was my first project as a budgeter, and also where my dreams set sail. Standing at the project site, facing the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, the closest snow mountain to the equator in the Northern Hemisphere, with the snow mountain in the distance and the construction site at my feet, I will move forward step by step, and through my continuous efforts, I believe that one day I can reach the peak of my heart. 2023 December 20th, at the site of the Yunnan Copper Industry Co., Ltd. Southwest Copper Industry Branch relocation project—public works project—newly undertaken by the Sixth Engineering Project Department, the youth league members of the project department assisted technicians in conducting UAV aerial surveys and preserving images of the original terrain and landforms. UAV aerial surveys can help the project management team understand the actual situation of the project site and familiarize themselves with the drawings, and also allow young people to see the project construction process more intuitively. This experience made me truly feel the difficulties of a project from start to finish. 2023 March 26th, at the JA Solar Phase III project undertaken by our Seventh Engineering Department, construction workers used their spare time to weld and assemble scrap parts of fire pipes into a "robot." Every time people pass by this robot, they smile. Life on the construction site is monotonous, but everyone has a young heart and the ability to act quickly. 2023 10 pm, September 20th, at the Jinggu Yunjing Feilin Paper Factory in Pu'er City, everyone was taking turns on duty to meet the construction deadline. When I got off work, tired, and looked up to see the brightly lit factory in the dead of night, I suddenly realized that I am not alone on this long journey of hard work. This is the Pingzhang Suoshan Lin Guang Hu Bu photovoltaic power generation project—the "Jinshan Photovoltaic Power Station"—located in Xinping County, Yuxi City, with a total installed capacity of 150MW. Here, we transform sunlight into "golden light," planting "sunflowers" in this photovoltaic farmland. Without changing the nature of the land, we comprehensively utilize the land, protecting the original landforms while bringing light to local residents. Behind this, what changes are the monthly figures, what remains unchanged is responsibility, passion, and dedication.
