The temporary Party branch of the company's Tibet project conducted a special study on the spirit of the first Party Congress and the second Workers' Congress of the group.

1 On May 5th, the temporary Party branch of the company's Tibet Julong project department organized a collective study for project management personnel. The spirit of the second congress of the group's trade union was studied, and the spirit of the first Party congress of the group was studied again. More than 50 people participated in the study.

At the meeting, Xiang Dongjun, the company's board secretary and assistant general manager, led the participants in studying the report delivered by Chen Zujun, the Party secretary and chairman of the group, at the group's Party congress, entitled "Holding High the Great Banner, Forging Ahead on the Great Journey, and Striving for the In-depth High-Quality Development of the Group"; the important speech by Chairman Chen at the congress of employee representatives; and the report delivered by Chen Zhouxiang, the deputy secretary of the group's Party committee and chairman of the trade union, entitled "United Struggle on a New Journey, Being a Main Force in Construction, and Promoting the In-depth High-Quality Development of the Group."

The meeting pointed out that the first congress of the group's Party representatives was a grand meeting that raised the banner high and inspired people to forge ahead. The meeting comprehensively summarized the achievements of reform and development since the group's integration and reorganization, clarified the development mission in the new journey, and provided an action guideline for promoting the in-depth high-quality development of the group. The purpose of the project department's organization of this study is to ensure that the spirit of the meeting is conveyed to every employee of the branch, to take the Party's political construction as the leader, to mobilize cadres and employees to further unify their thoughts, work together, and implement the work, and to build the branch into a strong fighting fortress.

The theme of the second congress of the group's trade union was clear and the measures were specific. It clarified the overall thinking of the trade union's work in the next five years and the trade union's "2511" work goals, pointing out the direction and charting the blueprint for the trade union's work. The project department's trade union should continue to deeply study and implement the spirit of the second congress of the group's trade union, closely focusing on the six goals proposed at the meeting, and thoroughly implement the group's trade union's "2511" work goals. It should always adhere to the six principles, do the trade union's work deeply, meticulously, and practically, and contribute the trade union's strength to the in-depth high-quality development of the group and the company.
