In February 2023, he joined the second construction area of the Tibet Julong project as a construction worker through an external recruitment process, participating in the construction of the South crushing station overpass culvert, the 0# belt conveyor culvert, and the drainage north of the second selection plant. His tasks are very heavy, As an ordinary management personnel of the project department, Chen Jiachun not only needs to actively cooperate with the safety department to complete various safety management tasks, but also actively communicate and coordinate with the construction unit and the supervision unit on site, promptly and properly handling various problems. In addition, Chen Jiachun carefully records the use of machinery and personnel in the area under his responsibility every day, writes construction logs; actively participates in the training activities of the construction team, and attaches importance to the ideological and moral construction and behavioral norms of each team's personnel.
