Passing the torch, working hand in hand | The Industrial Workers Center and the Eleventh Engineering Department organize a "master-apprentice" activity

To fully leverage the "passing on, helping, and guiding" approach, carry forward the company's fine traditions, and further strengthen the company's talent team building, on November 23, the Industrial Workers Center, in conjunction with the Eleventh Engineering Department, launched a "master-apprentice" activity at the Xinping photovoltaic project. Gan Yong, member of the company's Party Committee and chairman of the labor union, participated in the activity.

The activity consisted of four parts: presenting apprenticeship gifts, offering tea to the master, masters and apprentices exchanging gifts, and the master's message. In the message segment, the masters expressed their hopes and expectations for their apprentices, hoping that they would observe, think, and work more diligently, striving to increase their knowledge through learning, promoting work through learning, and achieving mutual growth through learning and application. A cup of apprenticeship tea, a word of instruction, a lifelong master-apprentice relationship, the pairing of blue and green, represents the bond of friendship, the inheritance of craftsmanship, and the orientation towards the future.

Finally, Gan Yong urged everyone to cherish the master-apprentice relationship. As masters, they should not only teach apprentices professional skills but also how to conduct themselves in the world, guiding and educating them to establish correct worldviews, outlooks on life, and values; as apprentices, they should be willing to learn, diligent in learning, and thorough in learning, using their achievements to repay the company's care and cultivation, and contributing to the company's high-quality development.
