9 On September 22nd, the Group's First Party Congress was successfully held. This was a meeting that raised high the flag, inspired people to forge ahead, forged consensus, and jointly sought development. The meeting comprehensively summarized the development achievements of the Group since its integration and restructuring, and proposed the development goal of "improving quality and efficiency in 3 years, strengthening internal substance in 5 years, and creating a first-class enterprise in 12 years," pointing the way for the company's future development. Studying the spirit of the Party Congress has greatly benefited me, and I will share my insights and experiences from the following two aspects:

First, establish confidence in development and write the splendor of youth on the stage of Yunnan JianTou. This requires us to: 1. Adhere to our posts and consciously establish confidence in development. Currently, we face many challenges, but opportunities and challenges coexist. Every daughter and son of JianTou should follow the development pace of the Group, forge ahead bravely, and overcome difficulties. The theme of this congress is: Highlighting the great banner of socialism with Chinese characteristics, guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, striving for a new journey of comprehensively building a socialist modern country, adhering to high-quality development as the overall strategy, and striving to build a first-class, internationally renowned modern construction investment group.

The Group's First Party Congress was a meeting that raised high the flag and united hearts and minds, and a meeting that jointly sought development and united efforts. This Party Congress had a high political standing and practical policy ideas. It comprehensively summarized the development achievements of the Group over the past 7 years, refined 5 valuable work experiences, and also realistically pointed out the problems existing in the Group's development, pointing the way for the Group's future development. Through studying and implementing the spirit of the Group's first Party Congress, I realized:

First, we must seize opportunities. Opportunities only favor those who are prepared.
