On September 28, a meeting was held with heads of functional departments and party branch secretaries to remind them of integrity issues before the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day. Sun Jinyao, member of the company's Party Committee and secretary of the Disciplinary Committee, presided over the meeting.

The meeting reported on the basic situation of the pre-holiday inspections, particularly criticizing the insufficient self-inspection and self-examination work and the lack of integrity education in grassroots party branches. It also provided reminders and education on violations and illegal activities that are prone to occur during holidays, further disseminating the requirements for discipline and work style during the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day.

Sun Jinyao emphasized: First, all functional departments and party branches must recognize the situation, strictly enforce the discipline and work style construction during the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day, carefully investigate the risks of the "four winds" problems during the holidays based on business management and project production, pay close attention to emerging and potential problems, and promptly identify and rectify problems. Second, all party branches must fulfill their main responsibilities, do a good job in integrity education and supervision of cadres and employees within their jurisdiction, especially strengthen the education of personnel in projects outside the province and abroad, and ensure that discipline and rules are clearly explained, achieving integrity during the holidays and resolutely preventing issues such as accepting small favors and gifts, and preventing gambling, drunk driving, and other violations and illegal activities; and supervise the implementation of the system for sealing and reporting the use of official vehicles during holidays, strictly prohibiting the private use of official vehicles.
