Implementing the Group's "12345" development strategy during the 14th Five-Year Plan period, adhering to the principle of prioritizing stability and pursuing progress while maintaining stability, appropriately adjusting the development speed, placing greater emphasis on quality and efficiency, coordinating the maintenance of scale requirements, and promoting substantial progress in the Group's reform and development, substantial breakthroughs in structural optimization, substantial progress in innovation-driven development, substantial improvements in management capabilities, and substantial achievements in "going global." After three years of arduous efforts, the Group will basically achieve the "12125" development goals by the end of the 14th Five-Year Plan period.

Focusing on enhancing core competitiveness and strengthening core functions, benchmarking against "one profit and five rates" indicators, continuously strengthening development efficiency, structural upgrading, compliance management, technological innovation, and brand building. Building on the foundation of "Five Years to Strengthen Connotation," we will strive for another seven years. By 2035, when China basically achieves socialist modernization, the Group's main construction business will be fully developed, the industrial and supply chains will be integrated and developed, the governance system and governance capacity will be fully modernized, economic indicators will steadily grow, and employee income will increase simultaneously, becoming a leading domestic and internationally renowned construction investment group that is excellent in projects, outstanding in brand, leading in innovation, and modern in governance.
