The group ranks 160th in the 2023 China Top 500 Enterprises

The "2023 China Top 500 Enterprises Summit Forum", themed "Forging Ahead on the New Journey of Chinese-Style Modernization and Accelerating the Construction of World-Class Enterprises", was held in Hefei, Anhui Province from September 20th to 21st. At the forum, the China Enterprise Confederation and China Entrepreneur Association released the China Top 500 Enterprises list for the 22nd consecutive time. The Group ranked 160th with an operating income of 171.593 billion yuan, up 4 places from last year. Also released were the 2023 China Top 100 Multinational Corporations and the Multinational Index, with the Group ranking 75th.

The seven Yunnan enterprises listed in the China Top 500 are: Yunnan Provincial Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd., Yunnan Provincial Construction Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd., Yunnan Provincial Energy Investment Group Co., Ltd., Yuntianhua Group Co., Ltd., Yunnan Provincial Transportation Investment and Construction Group Co., Ltd., Yunnan Tin Industry Group (Holding) Co., Ltd., and Kunming Municipal Transportation Investment Co., Ltd. State Grid Corporation of China ranked first with revenue of 3.57 trillion yuan, followed by China National Petroleum Corporation with 3.25 trillion yuan, and China Petrochemical Corporation with 3.17 trillion yuan. China Construction, Industrial Bank, Construction Bank, Agricultural Bank of China, Ping An Insurance (Group) Co., Ltd., Sinochem Group Co., Ltd., and China Railway Engineering Group ranked among the top ten.

The two Yunnan enterprises listed in the 2023 China Top 100 Multinational Corporations are: Yunnan Provincial Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd., and Yunnan Provincial Construction Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd. The top 10 enterprises in terms of overseas operating revenue in the 2023 China Top 100 Multinational Corporations are: China National Petroleum Corporation, Sinochem Group Co., Ltd., China Petrochemical Corporation, Huawei Investment Holding Co., Ltd., China COSCO Shipping Corporation Limited, China National Offshore Oil Corporation, Tencent Holdings Limited, State Grid Corporation of China, Lenovo Holdings Co., Ltd., and China Communications Construction Company Limited.
