As one of the pilot enterprises for the reform of the industrial worker team construction of Yunnan JianTou Group, in recent years, the company has deeply studied and implemented General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions on the reform of the industrial worker team construction, combined with the company's development practice, and actively built a "1234" industrial worker training system of "one goal, two platforms, three brands, and four services." "To cultivate a large team of industrial workers with ideals, beliefs, technical expertise, innovation capabilities, a sense of responsibility, and dedication" is an important support and foundation for the company's sustainable high-quality development. For a professional installation company that has undergone market tests and multiple rounds of corporate flattening management reforms, the biggest challenge facing the construction of the industrial worker team is the continuous reduction of its own industrial worker team due to changes in management methods and construction models. Since the launch of the industrial worker team construction reform, the company has directly addressed the problems. Under the unified leadership of the company's Party committee, various functional departments and grassroots units have performed their respective duties, focusing on resolving the chronic diseases affecting the reform of industrial worker team construction. It has successively established five professional skill master studios for lifting, welding, electrical, equipment, and piping. It has also established the Kunming City Master, BIM, pipe prefabrication and assembly, digital innovation studio, and Liu Sijie lifting technology technician workstation, gradually forming a platform-based cluster of professional master studios led by the chief technician of the Yunling region, Kunming City masters, and chief engineers. Master studios, technician workstations, and innovation studios gather technical experts, model workers, and innovation experts. Through work in skill breakthroughs, technological innovation, apprenticeship, and innovation and efficiency improvement, they fully play the exemplary and leading role of the company's high-skilled talents and the leading role of backbones. This has greatly created a good working atmosphere that respects labor, values skills, and encourages creation, becoming a cradle for cultivating innovative achievements and cultivating skilled talents. From 2018 to the present, a total of 58 scientific and technological innovation projects have been declared and approved, with 1 invention patent, 43 utility model patents, and 10 software copyright authorizations. 39 provincial and ministerial-level construction methods have been declared and approved; 7 group scientific and technological progress awards, 2 fourth-session employee innovation achievements of Yunnan Provincial Federation of Trade Unions, 3 scientific and technological progress awards of Yunnan Municipal Engineering Association, 3 scientific and technological progress awards of China Installation Association, and 8 BIM technology application achievements have been awarded; 1 national standard and 6 local standards have been compiled; and 13 scientific and technological papers have been published, with 9 winning industry excellent paper awards.

Focusing on four services, improving quality and increasing efficiency

First, policy services cultivate fertile ground for team incubation. The company increases policy support, and the industrial worker center can prioritize undertaking the installation and construction tasks of internal company projects. The company prioritizes the payment of project funds and employee wages to ensure the foundation for development, consolidate the collaborative efforts of scarce high-skilled talents, and build a team of industrial workers who are technically proficient, innovative, responsible, and dedicated. Through the training of several industrial projects such as Jiulong Paper Industry, Qujing JA Solar, and Yu Kun Steel, the technical and operational skills of industrial workers have been effectively improved.

Second, information management services support the development of industrial workers. The company uses DingTalk as a unified entry point and actively creates a "construction + digital intelligence" management model. It has developed and obtained software copyrights for the "industrial worker service platform" and the "construction enterprise smart construction site management system," creating a full-industry chain digital management platform such as the group's industrial worker service platform and the smart construction site platform. Relying on DingTalk cloud classroom, an enterprise information technology learning platform has been established. Through various trainings on skills, certificates, and management knowledge, the professional and management skills of industrial workers have been greatly improved. Through the industrial worker service platform, basic information on industrial workers' learning and education, skills training, safety and quality, and compliance is collected throughout the project cycle, forming a digital personal employment file. This provides a basis for the company to select and use qualified labor subcontractors and industrial workers during project construction. At the same time, through the use of DingTalk management, all company businesses have been put online, data is visible, risks are controllable, and production management efficiency has been improved.

Third, performance-oriented services refine the team. The company has formulated a development path led by skill masters, with the old leading the new, and constantly growing in project practice. It actively advocates prioritizing work results and performance orientation. For unqualified team leaders, foremen, team leaders, and skill masters, necessary job adjustments will be made.
