Zhou Qian from the Group Legal Affairs Department gave a special lecture on "Legal Risk Prevention and Control for Grassroots Project Departments" at the company

On the afternoon of March 2, in order to further implement the requirements of the Group's "Five-Year Plan" for popularizing the law, strengthen efficiency building, promote the in-depth and practical implementation of standardized work in grassroots project management, and enhance the company's self-awareness and initiative in upholding the rule of law, Zhou Qian, deputy manager of the Group's Legal Affairs Department, gave a special lecture on "Legal Risk Prevention and Control in Grassroots Project Departments" at the company.

The lecture was conducted both online and offline, with a main venue set up and live-streamed on DingTalk. Relevant personnel from the Group's Legal Affairs Department, Gan Yong, member of the company's Party Committee and chairman of the Trade Union, managers and secretaries of the company's grassroots units, and frontline project managers all participated in the on-site training.

Zhou Qian, combining work practice, elaborated on three aspects: litigation risk prevention, contract risk prevention, and seal and signature risk prevention. Each key point was explained in detail by combining systems and typical cases, with comprehensive, specific, and targeted content.

This lecture consolidated the legal knowledge reserves of grassroots frontline project management personnel, effectively improving their awareness of legal risk prevention, and further enhancing the ability of managers to apply relevant laws and regulations in their actual work, laying a solid foundation for the company's various work to be carried out in accordance with the law and regulations, and effectively preventing legal risks.
