On the afternoon of February 2, Cui Yongzhi, Party Secretary and Chairman of the company, presided over a pre-meeting study session for the 2022 annual democratic life meeting of party and leading cadres, as well as the first Party committee theoretical study center group learning meeting of 2023. The meeting focused on studying the important speech delivered by Xi Jinping at the Second Plenary Session of the 20th Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, Xi Jinping's important speech at the democratic life meeting of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, and conveying the spirit of the 2023 Yunnan Provincial "Two Sessions" and the group's Party committee meeting. This laid a solid ideological foundation for holding a high-quality and high-standard democratic life meeting.

Cui Yongzhi put forward three requirements for holding this democratic life meeting effectively:
