Leadership Cadre Lecture Hall: Rui Tieming Delivers a Special Party Lesson on the Spirit of the 20th National Congress of the CPC to the Eleventh Construction Department Party Branch

On the morning of December 30, Rui Tieming, the company's vice general manager, delivered a special party lecture on the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China to the Party branch of the Eleventh Engineering Project Department. More than 20 leading cadres and employees of the Eleventh Engineering Department in Kunming participated.

Rui Tieming gave a detailed interpretation of the significance of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and systematically and comprehensively explained the new viewpoints, new propositions, and new ideas in the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. Focusing on the nine points of profound understanding of the spirit of the congress, Rui Tieming put forward three learning requirements: firstly, focusing on the main theme and boosting morale; secondly, anchoring the mission and tasks, and striving for success; and thirdly, grasping major deployments and integrating learning, thinking, and application.

Rui Tieming emphasized Firstly, through learning the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, Party members and cadres should integrate the spirit of the 20th National Congress into their actual work, be confident and strong, uphold the right principles and be innovative, and work together for the high-quality development of the company; secondly, combining the current situation of the project department, actively developing the market, doing a good job in each project undertaken, strengthening the management of existing projects, and establishing a good company image; thirdly, optimizing the management team, summarizing experience and lessons learned after completing a project, giving full play to the advantages of electrical engineering, and making outstanding achievements in the field of electrical engineering.

Finally, Rui Tieming learned about the basic situation of the Eleventh Engineering Project Department through conversations and investigations, and inquired in detail about the completion of the 2022 production and operation targets, wage payments, talent cultivation, and pre-holiday stability.
