Xu Yanlu inspects and guides the work of the Kunming Duobao project of the Eighth Construction Department

On December 15, Xu Yanlu, member of the company's Party committee and chief engineer, led the company's technology center and safety supervision and management department to the Eighth Engineering Project Department's Kunming Duobao project to inspect and guide the work.

At the Duobao project, Xu Yanlu and his team went deep into the construction site to understand the management work and project development in terms of safety, quality, technology, progress, and cost. They carefully inspected the excavation of 6 underground floors and the project quality sample display area. After the inspection, a meeting was held.

At the meeting, Xu Yanlu provided guidance on project organization structure, construction site planning, material management, cost control, quality control, technology management, and safety management. Combining the current project management work and the next stage of construction, Xu Yanlu put forward four requirements: First, personnel in each building must be gridded, with responsibilities detailed to individuals. Second, complete the comparison of the two cost calculations. Third, sort out the inspection and test data of each building and the project's sub-item list. Fourth, make plans and deployments for technical preparation, personnel and material preparation, etc., for subsequent construction operations.
