【On-site Work Method】Gu Yongmao Inspects and Guides Work on Projects in the Dianxi Area

From June 3rd to 5th, Gu Yongmao, Party Secretary and Chairman of the company, went to the Sixth Engineering Project Department to inspect and guide the work of the Yongsheng County Chenghai Lake Basin Ecological Comprehensive Management Water Conservancy Key Project Floating Dock and Public Equipment Engineering Swing Arm Transformation Project, as well as the Yunnan Provincial Dianxi Regional Medical Center Construction Project (Phase I).

Gu Yongmao learned in detail about the construction site situation and gave full affirmation to the work done by the Sixth Engineering Department in the implementation of the project, and also extended his greetings to the cadres and employees who stayed on the front line during the Dragon Boat Festival.

Regarding the current implementation status and existing difficulties of the Chenghai water replenishment project in Yongsheng County, Gu Yongmao put forward three requirements: June is the 21st National "Safety Production Month." We must highly value safety production awareness, earnestly grasp safety work, and earnestly implement the arrangements and deployments of the Group and the company's 2022 "Safety Production Month" launch conference; secondly, project department management personnel must be mobilized, and in terms of ideology and action, they must have the awareness of "being prepared for danger in times of peace, always sounding the alarm, preventing problems before they occur, and safety being paramount." Tasks must be completed with high quality and quantity under the premise of ensuring safety; thirdly, inspections must be carried out solidly, and solutions must be formulated promptly for any hidden dangers found.

At the construction site of the Dianxi Regional Medical Center project, Gu Yongmao proposed solutions to the existing problems: First, project management personnel must clarify their work ideas, plan ahead, and work seriously, meticulously, and proactively; second, for processes with long construction periods and high difficulty, organize construction and planning in advance; third, the project department must strengthen team building, work together to promote various aspects of the project, and ensure that the project is completed on time and to quality; fourth, earnestly implement the company's recent deployments on safety production, attach importance to safety work and fulfill safety responsibilities during production operations, and use the "Safety Production Month" as an opportunity to continuously carry out the work of investigating and rectifying safety hazards to ensure the smooth and orderly progress of the project.
