Opening Ceremony of the Group Party Committee's Training Class on the 6th Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee and the 11th Provincial Party Congress

On May 23, the group's Party committee held a training class on the spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the 11th Provincial Party Congress. Chen Wenshuang, deputy secretary of the Party committee and chairman of the trade union of the group company, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a mobilization speech.

Chen Wenshuang pointed out that the group's Party committee organized all middle-level cadres to deeply study and implement the spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the 11th Provincial Party Congress. This is of great significance to further unifying thoughts, building consensus, uniting and leading the vast number of cadres and employees, and adhering to the work main line of "seeking progress while maintaining stability, and seeking better progress while making progress," and promoting the group's high-quality development with connotation.

Chen Wenshuang emphasized that leading Party members and cadres are the "brains" at all levels and on all fronts of the group to cultivate new opportunities and open up new situations. To do a good job in the group's production and operation, reform and development, and other work, we must enhance our understanding, always maintain the heart of "wanting to contribute," improve our abilities, accumulate the strength of "being able to contribute," change our style, cultivate the wisdom of "being good at contributing," and closely focus on the group's "1234" strategic goals and annual targets. We should make good use of the "three working methods," transform our work style, improve efficiency, and contribute to the comprehensive construction of "Quality JianTou," "Digital JianTou," "Happy JianTou," and "Clean JianTou." Trainees should cherish the training opportunity, with full enthusiasm and a good mental state, conduct comprehensive, in-depth, and systematic learning, closely linking their work to their respective departments and units, thinking more about problems, conducting more analysis, research, and comparisons, and striving to integrate the learning outcomes into their thoughts and work.

This training class will be conducted in a combination of centralized learning and self-study, planned to be held in 4 sessions, each lasting 3 days. It will conduct training in batches to cover all middle-level cadres of the group. The training will invite experts and teachers from the Provincial Political Consultative Conference, the Provincial Party School, and the Provincial Academy of Social Sciences, focusing on the study and implementation of the spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the spirit of the 11th Provincial Party Congress, safety production, clean education, the key work of the concluding stage of the three-year action plan for state-owned enterprise reform, digital development, and policy orientation analysis.
