On March 15, Lu Chaofu, deputy head of Group Cadre Assessment Group 8 and Party secretary and vice chairman of the Eleventh Company, led a team to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the company's 2021 performance. The assessment included a comprehensive evaluation of the company's leadership team and its members' 2021 work, as well as the company's 2021 Party conduct and integrity building, ideology, personnel selection and appointment, probationary period completion of cadres, and confidentiality work.

Main Venue
Company leadership team members, heads of various functional departments, main leaders of various grassroots units, and some employee representatives, totaling 51 people attended the assessment meeting. In accordance with epidemic prevention and control requirements, this assessment was divided into a main venue and a DingTalk video sub-venue. The meeting was chaired by Gu Yongmao, Party secretary and chairman of the company.

Lu Chaofu, on behalf of the Group's Comprehensive Assessment Group 8, delivered a mobilization speech on conducting this comprehensive assessment. He emphasized the importance of the assessment work and relevant disciplinary requirements, gave a detailed introduction to the content, procedures, and methods of the assessment, and put forward three points of opinion for this assessment work: First, actively support and cooperate. The leadership team and relevant departments of the assessed units should actively cooperate with and support the work of the assessment team, cooperate with the assessment team in democratic appraisal, assessment interviews, on-site inspections, and document review, etc. The introduction of the situation should be objective and true, and the data provided should be accurate. Second, adhere to the principle of seeking truth from facts. Participants should, with a highly responsible attitude towards the Party and the people's cause, make good use of their power and cast their votes well. When evaluating the company's leadership team and leaders, they should follow the requirements of the Group's Party committee, adhere to the new development concept and the correct concept of performance, objectively and fairly conduct evaluations, and truthfully put forward opinions and suggestions. Third, strengthen responsibility and commitment. Leading personnel should, with an attitude of being responsible to the enterprise and the organization, seriously summarize their performance over the past year, as well as their learning, thinking, style, and self-discipline, neither exaggerating achievements nor avoiding problems, comprehensively and objectively reflecting their true situation, and making a correct self-evaluation.

Gu Yongmao, Party secretary and chairman of the company, reported on behalf of the company's Party committee the implementation of the Party conduct and integrity building responsibility system in 2021, and made a personal accountability and integrity report. Cui Yongzhi, vice secretary of the company's Party committee, vice chairman, and general manager, and Sun Jinyao, member of the Party committee and secretary of the Discipline Inspection Committee, successively made accountability and integrity reports. The remaining members of the leadership team submitted their 2021 personal performance, accountability, and integrity reports in writing to the assessment team.

The meeting reviewed in writing the company's leadership team's 2021 annual work summary, the company's Party committee's 2021 self-inspection and self-examination report on the implementation of the Party conduct and integrity building responsibility system, the company's Party committee's 2021 report on personnel selection and appointment, and the company's 2021 self-inspection and self-evaluation report on confidentiality work.
At the meeting, participants used anonymous voting to conduct democratic appraisals of the company's leadership team and its members in 2021, conduct democratic appraisals of the leadership team's implementation of the Party conduct and integrity building responsibility system and the leaders' accountability and integrity reports in 2021, and conduct democratic reviews of the company's personnel selection and appointment work and the newly promoted cadres in 2021.
After the meeting, the assessment team conducted assessment interviews with members of the company's leadership team, some middle-level cadres, and employee representatives, and reviewed the company's 2021 relevant account books and materials on Party conduct and integrity building, ideology, personnel selection and appointment, and confidentiality work.
