Xu Yanlu inspected and guided the work of the Dianxi Regional Medical Center Project (Phase I) of the Sixth Machinery Department

On December 22, Xu Yanlu, member of the company's Party Committee and chief engineer, went to the Sixth Engineering Project Department's Dianxi Regional Medical Center Project (Phase I) to inspect and guide the work.

Xu Yanlu and his team went deep into the project construction site to inspect and guide the work, and learned in detail about the project's construction progress. They also conducted a detailed understanding of the fire protection section's fire water pipes, the fire protection electricity section's reserved and embedded protective pipes and bridge frame installation, and the HVAC section's fan room equipment and air duct production and installation quality, as well as the on-site construction safety management work. Afterwards, a symposium was held in the project office. At the meeting, Xu Yanlu and his team carefully listened to the project manager's report on the project's "Four Guarantees, One Control, and One Tree" actual situation. Then, they put forward the following requirements for the current stage of the project: First, regarding safety production management, given the numerous cross-operations on the project, it is necessary to earnestly implement safety production responsibilities and prevent the occurrence of safety accidents; second, regarding the early stage optimization planning of the project, the process control should be carried out to the standard of the Luban Award, and the construction process, quality management, and technical instructions should be strengthened, with a focus on key difficulties. In particular, on-site quality management should be implemented meticulously to eliminate common engineering quality defects and establish a good image for the company; third, cultivate a learning-oriented project department. The Sixth Engineering Department has a large number of young people, so it is necessary to strengthen the learning of relevant regulations and company documents to improve their abilities; fourth, regarding the timeliness of project process data, it is necessary to diligently and promptly collect and archive the construction data during the construction process to prepare for the completion and optimization.
