The spray tower equipment for the 40,000-ton project of Shiergon Department De Fang Nano was successfully hoisted into place.

On December 17, the spray tower equipment for the 40,000-ton raw material tail gas collection and treatment project of German Nano, undertaken by the company's 12th engineering project department, was successfully hoisted and installed.

The equipment consists of 5 sets of spray towers, made of 304 stainless steel, with dimensions of 13m long * 3.6m in diameter, weighing 11 tons. They are installed on the roof of the third floor of the raw material workshop at an elevation of 25.6 meters; the 5 spray tower chimneys vary in size, with the tallest reaching 13m. A 95-ton crane and a 20-ton truck crane were used for the construction.

The spray tower equipment is the main equipment for the raw material tail gas collection and treatment project. The successful hoisting and installation laid a solid foundation for meeting the contract schedule and completing the project construction in a timely manner.
