On the morning of December 4th, the Ninth Engineering Project Department of the company organized a "Safety Production Lecture Hall" activity. Company Party Committee member and Deputy General Manager Yan Xueguang, Deputy General Manager Sun Yanke, and the company's safety director, along with all employees of the Ninth Engineering Department, participated in the activity. In this activity, the company's safety director provided specific guidance and requirements regarding project safety management and the implementation of the group's "Four Guarantees, One Control, and One Establishment" management regulations. The engineering department manager delivered a special safety lecture on project safety production. Members of the engineering department's leadership team, based on their respective responsibilities, carefully analyzed existing problems in the department's safety management and discussed solutions and implementation issues.

Sun Yanke emphasized that safety management work must be consistently implemented. Identifying and summarizing problems is only the beginning; the key lies in strengthening rectification and implementation. Preventing problems before they occur is an ongoing task. In addition to strengthening regular safety education for frontline managers, it is also necessary to summarize project experience and continuously strengthen the construction and control capabilities of project sites. While strengthening its foundation in safety production, the engineering department should also expand its market operations to maximize economic profits.

Yan Xueguang required that the engineering department continue to conduct safety production warning education and strengthen professional knowledge learning. Integrate safety management efficiency into the evaluation of outstanding achievements, establish and improve a safety management system, and consolidate the institutional foundation of safety production through institutional guarantees. Implement "One Post, Two Responsibilities" effectively, strengthen the functions of project managers, and achieve hierarchical management. Based on the goals and tasks set at the beginning of the year, complete the main economic indicators and plan the revenue work for December and January of the following year.
