Yan Xueguang inspected and guided the work of the infrastructure construction project (Phase I) for the renovation of old residential areas in Yiliang County, Wugong Department

On the morning of November 10, Yan Xueguang, member of the company's Party committee and deputy general manager, went to the fifth engineering project department to inspect and guide the work of the general contracting project of the infrastructure construction project (Phase I) for the renovation of old residential areas in Yiliang County, which was undertaken by the company.

The project is a design, procurement, and construction general contracting ( EPC) with a total investment of 198 million yuan. The main construction content at this stage is the renovation of a road 625.196 meters long and 22-24 meters wide, involving five sub-projects: road engineering, traffic engineering, water supply and drainage engineering, electrical engineering, and landscaping engineering.

Yan Xueguang inspected the project's progress and safety management work on site, and further communicated and exchanged with the owner about the project's progress. He put forward four requirements based on the actual situation of the project:

First, we must strictly implement the group's “Four Guarantees, One Control, and One Tree” management regulations, attach great importance to safety management, and always keep safety in mind; the project is located in the center of the county, so we must do a good job in standardized construction and safe and civilized construction;

Second, we must enhance the cohesion and combat effectiveness of the project management team to ensure that this section of road will be open to traffic before the Spring Festival of 2022;

Third, we must attach importance to project quality management and establish a good brand image for the company. Due to the tight schedule, project management personnel should make advance plans for material procurement and entry to ensure the normal supply of materials. ;

Fourth, we must attach great importance to the project's epidemic prevention and control. The Spring Festival is approaching, and a large number of migrant workers will return home. The project department should strengthen epidemic prevention and control management to ensure personnel safety.
