On October 3, Sun Jinyao, member of the company's Party Committee and secretary of the Discipline Inspection Committee, and Xu Yanlu, member of the Party Committee and chief engineer, went to the Second Engineering Project Department's Qujing Dyeing Factory project department to inspect and guide the work.

Sun Jinyao and Xu Yanlu successively went to the construction site of the 10kv outdoor line of the Qujing Dyeing Factory project, the basement electrical room, the fire control room, and the water pump room to provide guidance, and listened to the report from the project's chief technical engineer on the project's construction progress, the technical difficulties faced, and the external environment. They put forward practical and effective solutions to the quality and technical problems existing at the construction site.

During the inspection, regarding the problems existing in the project, Sun Jinyao required: First, we must always attach importance to engineering quality, ensuring the completion of the project on schedule and to the required quality; second, we must earnestly implement the safety production responsibility system and abide by the safety production regulations; third, we must effectively carry out construction safety protection and safety education for construction personnel; fourth, we must strengthen the廉政建设(integrity building) of management personnel and maintain a good work style.

Xu Yanlu emphasized: First, when excavating outdoor lines, attention should be paid to protecting underground pipelines and ensuring road construction safety; second, the basement fire protection and ventilation projects should be further refined to achieve excellence; third, we must persistently overcome various difficulties and ensure that the project completion work is successfully completed.
