On September 8th and 9th, the Seventh Engineering Project Department of the company participated in the annual meeting of Jingxing Holdings (Ma) Co., Ltd.'s 1.4 million-ton high-grade recycled pulp and industrial packaging paper project phase I pulp board area and wastewater area installation and commissioning project drawing review and pre-installation technical exchange meeting in Changsha, Hunan, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent construction of the project. Xu Yanlu, the company's chief engineer, attended the drawing review and technical exchange meeting.

Design handover
The meeting was chaired by China Light Industry Changsha Engineering Co., Ltd. The Seventh Engineering Project Department of the company conducted drawing handover, drawing review, and technical exchange on the aspects of process pipeline installation, pulp mill pulp board machine installation, production plant electrical installation, automatic control instrument installation, HVAC installation, water supply and drainage and water treatment construction, pipeline prefabrication and assembly technology, and equipment installation.

Prefabrication and assembly technology exchange
Before going to Changsha to attend the meeting, the project team members, based on construction experience and acceptance standards, and in order to avoid foreign risks and potential problems in subsequent acceptance, conducted a comprehensive analysis of the incomplete parts of the design drawings of various disciplines and the pipeline prefabrication and assembly technology, investigated hidden problems, and studied feasible suggestions.

Drawing review
At the meeting, project team members conducted in-depth exchanges with design personnel from various disciplines on unclear issues in the drawings, clarifying the design intent and laying a good foundation for subsequent construction.
