Sun Jinyao inspected and guided the work of the intelligent environmental protection multi-in-one building materials project department in Luliang County, Qigong Department

On August 27, Sun Jinyao, member of the company's Party committee and secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, went to the No. 7 Engineering Project Department's Luliang County intelligent environmental protection multi-in-one building materials project department to inspect and guide the work.

Sun Jinyao and his team first inspected the mine factory area and the safety and environmental protection department office. Then they went to the project site and checked the staff's offices, canteen, and dormitories. Finally, a meeting was held at the project department.

At the meeting, the inspection team provided feedback on the inspection results and proposed corrective measures for the problems found in the project. Sun Jinyao required:

First, raise awareness. Each employee needs to clarify their safety responsibilities and ensure that safety production is understood, measures are in place, investment is sufficient, inspections are thorough, and corrections are implemented;

Second, strengthen project basic management, economic contract management, and on-site material management, especially the management of the entry and exit of various materials and the handling of waste materials; strengthen quality management, strictly follow quality standards, control installation quality, and avoid quality problems;

Third, persistently strengthen epidemic prevention and control. Public areas should be disinfected, ventilated, and cleaned. People should avoid gathering, and those entering the work area must scan and display their health codes;

Fourth, strengthen team building. Everyone should follow the project manager's lead and actively participate in various physical and cultural entertainment activities that benefit their physical and mental well-being during their off-work hours to enhance team cohesion;

Fifth, maintain integrity in professional conduct. Proactively identify integrity risks in positions, strengthen the study of the group's and company's regulations, and build a strong ideological defense line for integrity in professional conduct;

Sixth, implement the real-name registration management of rural migrant workers. Keep track of the basic information, attendance records, and wage payment records of rural migrant workers at all times. Strict implementation of the real-name registration management of rural migrant workers helps prevent wage disputes, protect the rights and interests of rural migrant workers, improve project management levels, reduce enterprise risks, and promote the healthy development of enterprises.
