Sun Jinyao inspected and guided the work of the Dianzhong Water Diversion Project in the Five Ministries

On the morning of August 13, Sun Jinyao, member of the company's Party Committee and secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, went to the Fifth Engineering Project Department to inspect and guide the work of the Lijiang City Water Resources Comprehensive Utilization Supporting Project of the Dianzhong Water Diversion Project.

Sun Jinyao went deep into the construction site to inspect the project's quality, safety, and progress. He inquired about the project cost data and learned in detail about the project's progress, difficulties, and problems, and put forward guiding opinions.

Sun Jinyao listened to the project department's report on the construction situation and put forward four requirements for the next step of work:

First, members of the project department's leadership team should go deep among the employees and fully tap the potential of the employees to make correct judgments about personnel use; second, they should improve the project's profitability in accordance with the requirements of "four guarantees, one control, and one tree"; third, they should do a good job in epidemic prevention and control. The relevant persons in charge of the project should strengthen organizational leadership, raise their political standing, strengthen their primary responsibilities, resolutely implement epidemic prevention and control requirements, increase supervision and inspection of the project's epidemic prevention and control work, and comprehensively ensure the orderly advancement of project construction during the epidemic; fourth, members of the project department's leadership team should earnestly fulfill their primary responsibilities for Party style and clean government construction and the "one post, two responsibilities," and earnestly implement the Party's overall strategy of strict governance. Members of the project department's leadership team should uphold principles, dare to grasp and manage, and criticize and educate without mercy those who are mediocre, lazy, and slack in discipline and work style. Leading cadres should take the lead in making commitments to clean government, giving lectures on clean government, and conducting talks on clean government with employees.
