Sun Jinyao went to the Yiliang project of the Eighth Construction Department for inspection and guidance

On August 10, Sun Jinyao, member of the company's Party Committee and secretary of the Discipline Inspection Committee, went to the Yiliang project department of the Eighth Engineering Project Department to inspect and guide the work, accompanied by Liang Tao, the company's safety director.

At the construction site of the Yiliang County Education Infrastructure Construction PPP project—the vocational and technical senior high school construction project, Sun Jinyao learned from the project manager about the project's progress, material arrival, and difficulties encountered during the project's implementation.

Based on the project's actual situation, Sun Jinyao put forward the following requirements:

First, materials must be classified and stored strictly in accordance with the company's relevant management system. Entry and exit from the warehouse must be handled by a designated person. Material waste should be minimized to effectively save costs incurred by secondary transportation;

Second, the quality problems of the brick wells in the outdoor section must be promptly addressed and responsibilities for rectification must be clearly defined, forming a rectification responsibility system to ensure that rectification is completed on schedule;

Third, during the construction process, project management personnel must not relax control over quality, progress, safety, and costs. All aspects of the work must proceed in an orderly manner, and progress must not come at the expense of safety and quality;

Fourth, as the project nears completion, the task of overcoming difficulties is arduous. The project department must make overall plans, strive to expand the scope of work, and orderly advance various construction operations to ensure the successful completion of the project.
