To enhance the ability of construction projects to safeguard public safety and handle public emergencies, and to maximize the prevention and reduction of damage caused by various public emergencies, and to strengthen the ability of personnel at construction sites to handle emergencies, on the afternoon of June 22, a confined space poisoning and suffocation emergency drill, spearheaded by the company, was conducted in the No. 3 work area sample room of the Anshi comprehensive pipe gallery project of the Seventh Engineering Project Department. The Group's General Contracting Department 1 Anshi Command Center, Jing'an Company (Party A), and the supervisor participated in the drill.

The drill was divided into two subjects. The first subject was led by Liang Tao, the company's safety director, as the on-site commander, with more than 30 people from the project management team and work teams participating. It simulated a scenario where toxic and harmful gases appeared in the sample room of the No. 3 work area project site, causing workers to faint from poisoning and suffocation. The project department initiated an emergency response and conducted a confined space rescue drill; the second subject was a lesson by the project safety officer on the correct use of positive pressure respirators.

This safety drill achieved its expected results. All participants further strengthened their awareness of confined space safety and enhanced their knowledge of confined spaces.
