On June 16, Gu Yongmao, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Board of the company, went to the Twelfth Engineering Project Department to inspect and guide the work of the Qujing Defang Nano project.

The Twelfth Engineering Project Department, in cooperation with Qujing Defang Nano Company, has completed the Qujing Linite project and the 15,000-ton annual output of lithium iron phosphate project on schedule and in accordance with quality and quantity requirements. Currently, a new 40,000-ton annual output lithium iron phosphate project installation project has been undertaken, with a contract price of 80 million yuan, and the construction drawing budget review has reached 130 million yuan. The project installation work has been gradually unfolding since mid-April. To meet the predetermined goal of having all conditions for operation by June 30, the Twelfth Engineering Department has been investing nearly 600 construction personnel per day on average since May, and has now completed 80% of the total installation work.

On-site, Gu Yongmao inquired in detail about the specific situation of the project, the progress of each process, the specific equipment configuration and installation, and the problems encountered in the construction. He also learned in detail about the specific factors affecting the progress, the implementation of DingTalk clock-in, the specific situation of document management, and the specific situation of safety prevention and control.

Regarding the project situation, Gu Yongmao requested:

First, given the tight schedule and heavy installation tasks, management work must be strengthened, safety production responsibilities must be implemented, quality management must be improved, and construction must be carefully organized in accordance with the Group's "four guarantees, one control, and one tree planting" requirements to establish a good image for the Group and the company.

Second, attention should be paid to the selection and management of the labor force, strictly implement DingTalk clock-in, keep a close eye on the wage payment ledger of the labor company, and promptly manage records and prevent potential risks.

Third, continue to obtain the owner's recognition with high-quality construction quality and services, and do a good job in the construction tasks and business operations of future new projects and the technical transformation, maintenance, and operation of existing projects.

Fourth, in view of the high intensity of project construction and the difficulties in organizing funds, on the one hand, communication with the owner should be strengthened, construction materials should be provided promptly, and progress payments should be collected; on the other hand, financial planning should be done well to ensure funding for project implementation.
