To implement the arrangements and deployments of the company's first annual staff and worker congress, focusing on development quality and efficiency, and achieving annual business targets, the company held a mid-year business work meeting on June 1 in the fifth-floor conference room. Members of the company's leading group (expanded), heads of various functional departments of the administrative office, and main leaders of various grassroots units attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Kong Xinghu, member of the company's Party committee and deputy general manager.

The meeting conveyed the company's business analysis for the first half of 2021 and reported on the company's overall business situation in the first half of 2021. Grassroots units reported on the completion of current business work, the progress of key business projects, and the business plans and measures to ensure the completion of annual targets, and made statements.

The company's deputy general manager in charge of operations and other members of the leading group, based on the actual situation, gave detailed explanations of the problems existing in business management and put forward constructive opinions and suggestions:

First, we should focus on the provincial key early-stage project plan of "making up for shortcomings and increasing momentum" in 2021, the Yunnan Province's four hundred key construction projects plan in 2021, the national and Yunnan Province's "14th Five-Year Plan" and the 2035 long-term vision, etc., closely follow the key investment and construction areas such as ecological environment governance and protection, new urbanization, new infrastructure, transportation infrastructure, water conservancy infrastructure, municipal infrastructure, rail transit, urban renewal, Beautiful China, Beautiful Province, and rural revitalization, and focus on key businesses to improve the self-operation rate.

Second, we must adhere to high-level promotion of business operations, establish special business working groups for key major projects, and implement a "one project, one team" approach to fully promote project implementation.

Third, we must learn from past cases, remain vigilant, and not use business work as an excuse to touch the "red line" and violate party discipline and national laws.

Fourth, we must cultivate large customers, focus on large projects, and increase the proportion of large projects year by year, using large projects to drive large-scale development and to guarantee the increase in volume.

Fifth, we should combine industry-driven regional development with regional deployment, give full play to the installation company's own technological and brand advantages, and form a good advantage for the flow of development in the market outside the province; Sixth, we should do a good job in collecting and storing data on historical projects to form the company's own list of quotas, and gradually be able to independently prepare bidding price lists without bidding project quantity lists, adapting to the current new bidding methods.

Gu Yongmao, Party secretary and chairman of the company, made a summary speech, requiring:

First, we must attach importance to business operations in terms of ideology, fully understand the importance of business operations as the leading factor, and the various subordinate units of the company should adjust their business thinking in a timely manner, achieve ideological unity, strengthen attention to business operations, clarify their own positioning, avoid rashness and blindness, give full play to their own personnel and technological advantages, and selectively track projects in a targeted manner.

Second, we must be good at planning and strengthen the tracking of projects in the ecological environment governance sector, focusing on following up projects such as ecological wetlands, water ecological governance, and ecological environment protection;

Third, we must strengthen bidding management and internal business management, ensure the quality of bidding documents, conduct more summary analyses, and improve bidding quality;

Fourth, we must make full use of ongoing projects and tap the potential for secondary business operations. We should promote business operations through production, expand the market through on-site work, strictly follow the group's requirements of "four guarantees, one control, and one tree," improve the image of project sites, establish a good corporate image, improve the recognition and acceptance of all sectors of society, strengthen communication with government departments, construction units, and partners, maintain good relationships, and lay the foundation for secondary market operations;

Fifth, we must attach importance to team building. The "top leaders" of the company's subordinate units, as the first persons responsible for business operations, must strengthen the training and education of existing business personnel, cultivate potential business talents, and build a high-quality business team with strong coordination ability, good expression skills, mastery of relevant laws and regulations, a proactive spirit, and a strong sense of professionalism and responsibility;

Sixth, we must carry forward the wolf spirit, teamwork, courage to struggle, and perseverance in business operations. We must be subordinate to the overall interests of the company, work together, overcome difficulties, cooperate and work together to participate in external competition, and explore new markets. We must work together, participate in market competition together, form a "pack of wolves" effect, and demonstrate the company's overall advantages.
