The company held a pre-appointment talk meeting for cadres

On the afternoon of May 31, the company held a pre-appointment talk meeting for cadres. Gu Yongmao, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Board; Cui Yongzhi, Deputy Party Secretary, Vice Chairman, and General Manager; and Sun Jinyao, Member of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Committee, attended the meeting. Cadres and employees from relevant departments and grassroots units participated in the meeting.

Gu Yongmao put forward four requirements: First, quickly integrate into the role, correctly position oneself, and diligently perform duties and responsibilities. In conjunction with the company's upcoming "What are my responsibilities?" ideological discussion activity, conduct serious reflection, establish a sense of urgency and crisis awareness, further enhance the sense of responsibility, mission, and responsibility, strive hard and seize every second, and create a new situation of high-quality development for the company's 14th Five-Year Plan with a more vigorous fighting spirit; Second, further strengthen learning, improve theoretical level and political literacy, and firmly establish the idea of lifelong learning; Third, further strengthen on-the-job training and improve practical work ability in practice; Fourth, further strengthen self-cultivation, improve party consciousness, establish prestige among the vast number of cadres and employees, enhance political determination, and build an ideological dam against corruption.

Cui Yongzhi required: First, correctly understand the current cadre adjustment in terms of both thought and action; Second, strengthen learning and improve leadership level; Third, promote unity; unity is the premise and foundation for undertaking and achieving success. Leading cadres must build on unity to do a good job and complete tasks; Fourth, strictly enforce work discipline, uphold the bottom line, keep the string of integrity and self-discipline tight, strengthen their own "immunity", and build a strong defense against corruption and change.

Sun Jinyao required: First, strengthen ideals and beliefs, continuously enhance political determination, use power impartially, maintain determination, and consciously resist all kinds of temptations; Second, work earnestly and live honestly, strengthen the sense of responsibility, maintain confidence, quickly change roles, and fulfill their post responsibilities; Third, persist in using theory to arm the mind, take learning as a major matter, and further strengthen the study of the Party Constitution, Party regulations, national laws and regulations, as well as the rules and regulations of the group and the company; Fourth, resolutely adhere to integrity in their work, always put discipline and rules first, dare to fight against unhealthy trends, and while managing themselves, strictly demand their family members and staff around them.
