Sun Jinyao inspected and guided the work of the Yun Jinglin paper technology improvement project and the Jingning Expressway construction power supply project in the Tenth Construction Department.

On May 27, Sun Jinyao, member of the company's Party Committee and secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, went to the No. 10 Engineering Project Department to inspect and guide the work of the pulp mill technical transformation, installation, and commissioning project of Puer Jinggu Yunjinglin Paper Co., Ltd., and the Jinggu-Ning'er Expressway PPP project (temporary and permanent combined construction power supply).

Sun Jinyao first went to the Yunjinglin Paper technical transformation project, inspected the project construction situation on site, and listened to the project manager's report on the project construction situation. Regarding the general contractor's insufficient supply of pipe fittings and the lack of imported valves, Sun Jinyao pointed out: Project management personnel should carefully sort out and refine the work content, reasonably arrange the construction sequence, personnel input, and calculate the construction time for each pipeline, control the construction progress, and ensure that the construction tasks are completed within the scheduled time.

Afterwards, Sun Jinyao went to the Jingning Expressway power supply project department and held a symposium with the project department management personnel. At the meeting, Sun Jinyao listened to the project manager's report on the project construction situation and communicated with the on-site technical personnel about the technical characteristics and construction difficulties of the power line.

Sun Jinyao emphasized: First, strengthen on-site safety management and conduct pre-shift safety education. Pay attention to traffic safety and do not drive under the influence of alcohol; in mountainous areas, avoid picking and eating wild mushrooms to prevent food poisoning; with the arrival of the rainy season, pay attention to preventing landslides, debris flows, and other natural disasters to avoid unnecessary casualties and property losses. Second, attach importance to quality management and strictly control the quality bottom line. Third, act in accordance with laws and regulations, abide by the eight central regulations, strengthen internal and external communication and coordination, continuously promote the later operation of the project, and create a "sunshine channel and clean project."
