To further strengthen the discipline and awareness of rules among frontline project management personnel in the Engineering Department, the Third Engineering Department Party Branch recently organized all cadres and employees of the ongoing projects to review the "Negative List" of the implementation of the Central Eight-Point Regulation by provincial state-owned enterprises. More than 80 people participated, including the main leaders of the Engineering Department, project managers, management personnel, and frontline workers.

At the weekly meetings of each project management department, participants used the state-owned enterprise cases reported by "Clear Wind Yunnan" as a starting point, combined with the project management situation of the Engineering Department, and studied the specific content of the "Negative List" of the implementation of the Central Eight-Point Regulation by provincial state-owned enterprises item by item. According to the requirements of the Engineering Department Party Branch, the heads of each project repeatedly emphasized the list contents closely related to daily work, such as "business reception," "meetings and activities," "travel management," "temporary trips abroad," "official vehicles," "office space," "issuance of subsidies or benefits," "violations of public funds for banquets," and "violations of receiving gifts." They had key personnel speak one by one, engaging in in-depth exchanges of learning experiences and reminding each other of matters to pay attention to.

This learning session not only studied the cases of violating the Central Eight-Point Regulation reported by "Clear Wind Yunnan," drawing profound lessons and using local events to educate local people; it also combined the study of the specific clauses of the "Negative List" with typical cases, further deepening the participants' understanding of the spirit of the Central Eight-Point Regulation and enhancing their ideological and behavioral awareness in implementing the spirit of the Central Eight-Point Regulation, achieving good learning results. The leaders of the Engineering Department required all cadres and employees to earnestly implement the clauses at all times, learn from the lessons of past negative cases, strive to be practitioners of integrity and self-discipline, and especially party members and cadres to consciously take the lead, establish a good image, supervise others, and remind themselves at all times. Through this discussion and learning, all cadres and employees of the Engineering Department expressed that they will remain clear-headed in their future work, remembering what "cannot be done, should not be done, and must not be done," upholding the bottom line of conduct, strengthening the awareness of red lines, and creating a positive and honest work atmosphere in the enterprise.
