To further enhance the awareness of financial personnel's integrity and professional ethics, and to build a strong ideological and moral defense line against corruption. On the morning of March 5th, Sun Jinyao, member of the company's Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Committee, delivered a special integrity party lesson to all employees of the company's finance department.

Sun Jinyao pointed out that the finance department is a key and core department of the company. Financial personnel work with "money" all day long, directly controlling the company's economic lifeline. They must strengthen education on integrity and professional ethics, and education on a sense of responsibility, and correctly exercise their power.

Sun Jinyao made the following requirements for financial personnel:
First, clarify job responsibilities, fulfill their duties, proactively identify job risks, and fulfill the functions of financial accounting and supervision.
Second, strengthen learning and improve legal and disciplinary awareness. Strengthen the study of the Party Constitution, regulations, and guidelines, especially disciplinary guidelines, establish awareness of political discipline, organizational discipline, mass discipline, and work discipline, adhere to the bottom line awareness, do not violate the law, understand criminal law knowledge, and fully understand its importance.
Third, maintain integrity and uphold integrity in professional conduct. Correctly understand and exercise the power in their hands, truly achieving self-respect, self-reflection, self-warning, and self-discipline; do not accept gifts or presents, take banquets seriously; do not engage in lending relationships with personnel with whom they have management and service relationships, and prevent improper transfer of benefits; financial personnel should be full-time, prohibited from part-time jobs or private work in external units; should pay attention to appearance and not wear strange clothes, and establish a good image.
Fourth, department leaders should promptly understand the employees' thoughts and dynamics, and promptly propose measures to solve the hot and difficult issues that employees have strong reactions to. For those that cannot be solved immediately, they should promptly report to the superior and do a good job in ideological work.
At the meeting, Sun Jinyao also shared the risk points of businesses such as fund payments, business entertainment expenses, accommodation expenses, transportation expenses, training expenses, conference expenses, and travel expenses. At the end of the party lesson, the employees watched an "Employee Conduct Warning Education Film".
