The Ministry of Works organized a study session on the spirit of the first annual congress of company employees.

On March 7th, the leadership team, project managers, and department heads of the First Engineering Project Department studied the spirit of the company's first congress.

The First Engineering Project Department reviewed Chairman Gu Yongmao's summary speech at the company's first congress, the administrative work report of the company's first congress, and the spiritual civilization construction work report of the company's first congress. It summarized the problems existing in the department's project production organization, cost control, safety production management, quality and technology management, equipment and material management, and team building over the past year. It then broke down these problems one by one and discussed improvement measures with the participants.

At the meeting, the leadership team members, based on the actual situation of the department, put forward new requirements for the project managers and department heads: First, unite the team and clarify goals; second, strictly implement the company's various rules and regulations; third, strengthen the attendance and performance appraisal of employees; fourth, strengthen the cost control awareness of project managers, strengthen cost control, and increase profits for the department; fifth, strengthen the construction of the project management team, advocate a positive work style and lifestyle, and create a good learning atmosphere; sixth, strengthen the party's style and integrity construction of the project, project managers should improve their ability to distinguish right from wrong and their political judgment, be honest and self-disciplined while also urging others, and create a clean and honest work atmosphere.

Finally, the branch secretary emphasized that all project managers and department heads should organize front-line employees to study the spirit of the company's first congress, clarify goals and tasks, unify thinking, change thinking, and meet new challenges with a new spirit.
