Celebrating the Spring Festival on-site: 20 employees from the Sanguan Department Xiangli Expressway Power Supply Project team spent the Spring Festival locally.

During the Spring Festival of the Year of the Ox, in order to cope with epidemic prevention and control and the needs of engineering construction, the Xiangli Expressway Power Supply and Distribution Project Department of the Third Engineering Project Department actively advocated that employees "stay in place for the New Year," seizing the construction progress during the Spring Festival holiday. Twenty employees stayed at the construction site for the New Year, sticking to their posts on the front line of the project.

To create a warm and loving festive atmosphere and allow employees to feel the warmth of "staying in place for the New Year," the project department, on the basis of ensuring the safety of epidemic prevention and control, posted Spring Festival couplets, wrote blessing characters, and made New Year's Eve dinner together on New Year's Eve. Pickled cabbage fish, eight-treasure rice, braised beef...each colleague showed off their skills, making their own signature dish and bringing the New Year's flavor of their hometown to the construction site, adding their hometown's taste to the construction site's New Year's Eve dinner.

On the second day of the Lunar New Year, the project department conducted a safety inspection of the construction site, gave New Year's red envelopes to the on-site construction personnel to express their festival wishes, and investigated safety hazards at the construction site to ensure that construction operations during the Spring Festival proceeded safely and orderly, laying a good foundation for the smooth advancement of engineering construction in the new year.

The Xiangli Expressway is the first expressway in the Tibetan area of Yunnan Province, the highest expressway in Yunnan Province, and the first expressway in Yunnan Province invested and constructed under the PPP model. The Xiangli Expressway Power Supply and Distribution Project Department of the Third Engineering Project Department responded to the group's call and met the schedule requirements, turning their journey home into a steadfast commitment, transforming "returning home for reunion" into "staying in place for the New Year." This provided strong support for the smooth completion of the project schedule node targets, while also striving to transform the risk of personnel flow into a health guarantee.

Everyone said that although they couldn't go home for the New Year to experience the Spring Festival atmosphere of their hometown, posting Spring Festival couplets, writing blessing characters, and making New Year's Eve dinner together on the project was also a memorable and touching Spring Festival memory. They had a very meaningful "Deqen New Year" at the project department.
